Cathedral of Almudena and the Royal Palace

The old city with its narrow and medieval streets is Madrid’s most fascinating, atmospheric and well-defined historical part.

Visitors prefer these barrios to enjoy the splendor of Habsburg and Bourbon dynasty.

The most magnificent and adorable sightseeing is the Royal Palace, a great example of the Spanish empires power and influence.

This palace is rarely used by the royal family and has rather a representative functions. It attracts  tourists with its 3000 rooms, the most important ones are superb and open for public and offers a great way to understand the Spanish history.

View from Plaza de Oriente which also impresses with its diversity- statues, fountains, gardens, walking paths.

The late baroque palace is built almost entirely of granite and is impressive with its dimensions.

Once inside the inspiring tour starts with a vast and rich decorated staircase which leads to the extravagantly furnished apartments.

The palace with its majestic Sabatini gardens contributes to the splendor of the city.

Particularly striking are the panoramic views towards one of the biggest gardens in Europe- Casa de Campo.

Plaza de la Almeria and the Cathedral of Almudena, one of the highlights in Madrid.

This is a wonderful and colorful cathedral, a quite imposing building in neo-classical style.

Majestic and spiritual and can be enjoyed by everyone. Very spectacular!
